PCM Construction is the public brand of Pacific Continental Maintenance, LLC. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and who has access to it.

Who we are

Information you give us

The only place this website asks for personal information is the Project Walkthrough Request form. When you submit it, you provide:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• The project or property address
• Your relationship to the property
• The project type
• A description of the project
• Your desired timing

Along with your submission, our customer relationship management system records technical context needed to process the request, such as the page the request came from and the date and time it was received.

We do not ask for payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other government identifiers through this website.

How we use it

We use what you submit to:

• Respond to your construction inquiry
• Schedule and conduct a project walkthrough
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets and estimates
• Correspond with you about the project
• Manage our prospective and existing business relationships
• Maintain our ordinary business and project records

Submitting a Project Walkthrough Request does not sign you up for marketing email or text-message campaigns. We contact you about the request you made.

Who can see your request

Your request is emailed to PCM Construction's estimating mailbox, which is accessible to PCM personnel responsible for project intake.

The customer relationship management system that stores the record is administered under a single PCM administrator account and is operated for us by a third-party platform provider, whose administrative personnel can access the account in the course of supporting it.

Pacific Continental Maintenance, LLC and Pacific Continental Realty, LLC are affiliated through common ownership and share administrative functions and business systems. Personnel acting in that shared administrative capacity may therefore have access to website inquiry data. The two companies remain separate legal and operating entities, and Pacific Continental Realty does not receive your inquiry for its own unrelated marketing.

We also use service providers that necessarily process this information on our behalf:

• HighLevel / LeadConnector - hosts this website and operates our CRM. Form submissions are transmitted to HighLevel's systems, and website images are served from HighLevel's content delivery network.
• Microsoft 365 - carries and stores our business email, including the shared mailbox that receives inquiry notifications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Beyond the above, we disclose information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

As of the effective date of this policy, this website:

• does not load Google Analytics
• does not load Facebook, Meta, or other advertising pixels
• does not load HighLevel's page-view tracking script
• does not set tracking or advertising cookies of our own

Your browser does make requests to third parties to render the site:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) to load the typefaces this site uses.
• HighLevel's image CDN (assets.cdn.filesafe.space, images.leadconnectorhq.com) to load photographs.

Those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information as a normal part of serving those files. Our website host and these providers may also keep ordinary server logs for security and reliability.

If we later add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy before or when we do.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose it was given for, and for as long as it remains relevant to evaluating a project, maintaining an appropriate business relationship, or meeting a legitimate legal or business need. In practice that means:

• General inquiries that do not become projects - retained while a potential working relationship remains realistic.
• Estimates and proposals - retained as business records for as long as they may be relevant to a possible or renewed engagement.
• Active projects - retained for the duration of the project.
• Completed project documentation - retained as part of our project and warranty records.
• Anything subject to a legal, insurance, bonding, lien, tax or contractual requirement - retained for whatever period that requirement sets, which overrides the above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information this website collects, including access-controlled business systems and provider-managed encryption in transit. No website or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Text messages

PCM Construction uses text messaging only for customer-service communication about a specific inquiry or project. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not run bulk texting campaigns.

The Project Walkthrough Request form includes an optional SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and you can submit the form without checking it. Checking it is not a condition of requesting a walkthrough or of doing business with us. You may also start a text conversation yourself by texting our business number, 360-325-4306.

Messages relate to the inquiry or project you contacted us about, including replies to your questions, arranging a site walkthrough, and updates about work at your property.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. You can also call us at 360-325-4306.

We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are handled by the service providers described above, which process this information on our behalf in order to deliver and record the messages.

Submitting a form on this website does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages, and providing a telephone number is not consent. Automated marketing calls are not part of this service.

Children

This website is a commercial construction business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@pcmcontractors.com or calling 360-325-4306. We will respond in the manner and within the timeframes applicable law requires. Washington residents and residents of other states may have specific statutory rights; we honor those rights where they apply.

You can also simply decline to submit the form - it is the only place we ask for your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
