A Project Walkthrough gives PCM an opportunity to understand the property, the project objectives and the conditions that may affect the work. No financial statements, leases or sensitive documents are required to get started.

There is no charge for the initial Project Walkthrough or preliminary estimate. If additional design, engineering, investigation or preconstruction services are needed, PCM will discuss those requirements with you before any costs are incurred.
