Terms of Use.
Terms governing your use of this website.
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of pcmcontractors.com, operated by Pacific Continental Maintenance, LLC, doing business as PCM Construction. By using this website you accept them.
The content here is informational
This website describes the kinds of commercial construction work PCM Construction performs. Project descriptions, capability statements, photographs and timelines are provided to help you understand our work.
Nothing on this website is a bid, a quotation, an offer, a warranty, or a construction contract, and nothing on it creates a contractor-client relationship. Construction work is performed only under a signed written agreement between PCM Construction and the client. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Construction requirements vary by building, jurisdiction, code cycle and project. Information here is general and is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment, a design professional's judgment, or permitting review.
Estimates, pricing and schedules
Any pricing, budget range, schedule or duration mentioned on this website is illustrative only. It is not a quote, does not apply to your project, and does not commit PCM Construction to any price or timeline. Scope, price, schedule, warranty and change-order terms are established only in a signed construction agreement.
Project photography
Photographs on this website show PCM Construction's own completed work and equipment except where identified otherwise. They illustrate workmanship and project type. They do not represent that identical results, finishes, materials, schedules or costs are available on any other project.
Submitting a request
When you submit a Project Walkthrough Request you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to provide, including that you have the authority, or the property owner's permission, to discuss work at the address you give us. Submitting a request does not obligate PCM Construction to provide an estimate or to take on the project, and does not obligate you to proceed.
How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messages
PCM Construction may communicate by text message about an inquiry or a project. Participation is optional. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS messages from PCM Construction (Pacific Continental Maintenance, LLC). You may opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on the Project Walkthrough Request form, which is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form, or by texting our business number at 360-325-4306.
These messages are for customer service, including replying to your questions, arranging a site walkthrough, and communicating about work at your property. PCM Construction does not send promotional or marketing text messages through this service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging is an informal means of communication. Scope, price, schedule, warranty and change-order terms are established in a signed construction agreement, and a text message does not by itself modify a signed agreement. This does not prevent PCM Construction and a client from discussing project matters by text or from using text messages as ordinary project correspondence where the signed agreement permits it.
How we handle information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
